This year Team Fit Thick is going to be participating in #Blogmas — bringing you 25 Days of Circuit Workouts + Meal Plan Ideas.  Let’s end the year right, with a simple but results oriented fitness challenge.  Come January 1st we won’t be setting new workout habits we will be continuing the ones we’ve been working on. The Details

In total the challenge will consists of 5 days of circuits workouts in the following categories:

  • Lower Body
  • Core
  • Upper Body
  • Yoga

The last set of 5 days will be recipe ideas for meal prepping on your rest day. By the end of the 5 days you will have recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more! You will receive one circuit workout a day to complete, starting with lower body and working down the list each day.

Nov. 30th you will receive a reminder email to get rest and get ready for your 25 day commitment!  The rest of the week will go something like this:

  • Tuesday – Lower Body
  • Wednesday – Core
  • Thursday  – Upper Body
  • Friday  – Yoga
  • Saturday – Meal Idea
  • Sunday – Lower Body
  • Monday – Core
  • Tuesday – Upper Body
